I tried a new recipe yesterday with some of the apples we picked: apple brownies
They were incredibly delicious and moist! I ended up making 2 of them as loaves in tiny loaf pans I got at Michael's for 1.50 and brought them to school for Maelie's teacher and daycare provider.
They were still warm, hence the "fog" on the packaging!
Chloe and I made these also...but they did not make it to the teachers...only to my belly!!!!!
